Fitalia Cheese hails from the beautiful and rocky coast of Sardinia, Italy, an island off the coast of Naples in the Mediterranean Sea. Crafted with 100% Sarda sheep's milk, a breed of sheep only native to Sardinia. Sarda Sheep are commonly used to create Fiore Sardo, Pecorino Sardo and Casu Marzu cheeses.
